<p>SVGmaker is a Windows printer driver that produces SVG files with the ease of "File,
Print".<br>
An XML based vector markup language, SVG was created by the World Wide Web Consortium
(<a href="http://www.w3c.org" target="_blank">W3C</a>), the non-profit, industry-wide,
open-standards consortium that created HTML and XML, among other important standards
and vocabularies. Over twenty organizations, including Adobe, Apple, IBM, Kodak,
Microsoft and Sun Microsystems have been involved in defining SVG. </p>
